Subfloor Repairs & Engineered Flooring Installation

Dayco was appointed to carry out extensive subfloor repairs and flooring replacement within a residential property in Mile End. The project involved structural repairs, damp treatment, flooring installation and internal reinstatement, all delivered as part of a carefully managed refurbishment programme.

The Challenge

The project required extensive coordination between multiple stakeholders, including two separate landlords, a management company and specialist contractors. In addition to managing complex approvals, our team had to overcome logistical challenges including scaffold licences, pavement permits and parking restrictions, while ensuring all works were completed safely and with minimal disruption to neighbouring residents.
